product introduction:

 

Magnesia-carbon brick is made of high melting point alkaline oxide magnesium oxide (melting point 2800℃) and carbon material with high melting point which is difficult to be infiltrated by slag.A non - burning carbon composite refractory bonded by a carbonaceous binder.Magnesia-carbon brick is mainly used in converter, ac arc furnace, dc arc furnace lining, ladle slag line and other parts.As a kind of composite refractory, magnesia carbon brick effectively utilizes the slag erosion resistance of magnesia and the high thermal conductivity and low expansibility of carbon, which compensates for the biggest disadvantage of magnesia's poor peeling resistance.

Aluminum-magnesia carbon brick is made of resin with super grade bauxite, corundum, spinel, high purity magnesium oxide and graphite as the main raw materials.It is mainly used in ladle wall and bottom of ladle.

 

Proportion of ingredients:

In order to improve its oxidation resistance, additives such as Si powder, Al powder, SiC powder or ferrosilicon powder can be appropriately added into the ingredients, with resin as the binding agent, high pressure molding, after 200~300℃ treatment can be used, without calcining.Mainly used for large converter and ultra high power electric furnace ladle lining and refining furnace lining.

 

Its main characteristics are:

good high temperature resistance, strong slag resistance, good thermal shock resistance, low creep at high temperature.

Alumina-magnesia-carbon brick has the advantages of anti-erosion, anti-peeling, balanced erosion, safe use, less steel and slag, easy unpacking, etc.Mainly used for the use of harsh conditions of steel lining.Alumina-magnesia-carbon brick is increasingly used as lining in the molten pool and bottom of continuous casting tunics and refining tunics.
